Construction

The frame is designed in a v-shape with a very strong thick-walled profile, so that it can cope with all the surprises of the field and is characterized by its stability and dissipation of mechanical stresses during operation.

Tines

The 30 mm thick straight tines are additionally reinforced with a hard steel flat bar. The chisels are made of hardox steel. The tines can be additionally equipped with drainage balls.

Safety

The subsoiler is equipped with a spring protection system consisting of steel quills, which effectively allows the subsoiler to swing out and quickly return to the set depth. The strength of the resistance can be adjusted by adding additional blades. This safety device is recommended for soils with a large number of obstacles.

Shafts

The machine can be optionally equipped with double shredding rollers with a special arrangement of tines, which complement each other to produce a self-cleaning effect. This solution makes it possible to work in the toughest conditions without blocking. The mulching rollers are used to mix the topsoil with the plant residues and break up the clods, these will be broken up by the first roller while the second roller breaks up the remaining clods. The subsoiler can also be operated without rollers.

Michel type curved tine

The subsoiler can be optionally equipped with a michel type subsoiler.
